Allen Isaacs is a music producer, mixing engineer, and video production engineer with many years of experience. He is currently involved in various "Edutainment" projects and represents international artists in the APEC region, particularly in Australasia and Japan. With a background as an engineer at the renowned Sound City studio in Los Angeles, he moved to Tokyo in 1992 and found success in Rock, J-pop, Anime songs, and orchestral music recording projects. Allen is known for his versatility in the studio, developed from his upbringing in Nashville, where he was exposed to a wide range of musical genres and instruments.

Andrew Griffin is a Southeast Asian music industry consultant with over three decades of experience in areas such as artist management, event and tour organization, A&R development, and collaboration with record labels and studios. He was the co-manager of artist Pyra at Warner Music Thailand from 2019 to 2020 and a key member of the alternative rock band Placebo from 2008 to 2019. Andrew began his career in 1992 and has built his music path in the Asian region since 2006.

With over 15 years of experience in the music industry, Ben brings an expertise covering Brand Partnerships, strategic consulting for corporate clients, artist management & event curation into the group. 
Prior to Mushroom group Ben was the Owner and Director of Myriad Management, a leading firm he founded in 2013 renowned for its management of Australian artists such as ARIA Award-winning duo Peking Duk and house producer Benson. His expertise extends to consulting for major companies like Sony Music Australia, the Australian Open, Nando’s & more - guiding branding and partnerships while respecting artist integrity and intellectual property rights. 
Ben’s career highlights include independently promoting Peking Duk’s national tours with record-breaking ticket sales and orchestrating large scale campaigns and events with multinational brands in the music sector.  Ben maintains a connection to the local community continuing to DJ at beloved hotspots and performing at festivals like Splendour in the Grass, Meredith & Beyond The Valley. 
Beyond curating dance-floors across Melbourne and beyond, Ben fills his time visiting Melbourne’s multicultural offerings to fuel his enthusiasm for cooking and documenting discoveries on his blog @Soupfluencer… if you have a favourite soup, be sure to let him know!

He is the Founder & CEO of Revival Agency, specializing in organizing music events and tours between France and Asia. Charles has also worked as the Cultural Deputy at the French Embassy and General Manager of the French Cultural Center in Seoul, South Korea. He is the founder of Brokenteeth, a booking agency focused on Asia's underground music scene. At Vietnam Music Week 2024, he will share his insights on developing the global music industry and fostering cultural exchanges between France/Europe and Asia

Christine Su with a wealth of experience and most recently was the GMA (Golden Melody Awards & Festival) international project manager as well as the conference curator of the GMA festival. Experiencing many major events and with years of experience in music export and import to Taiwan for government projects, Christine continues working on international relationships with both existing and potential partners to promote Taiwanese artists and music to the world. Her role allows her to expand her network and expertise to a wider scale. She enjoys tailoring unique events and strategies for music industry partners and delegates across borders very much and continues to organize events around the world.

Sounds Australia

Joining Sounds Australia in 2010, Esti has played a key role in developing and delivering Sounds Australia’s program around the world. Her work with inbound buyers across Australia’s domestic music conferences has seen thousands of invaluable connections made between international industry and local artists and managers.
During the peak-pandemic years of 2021 and 2022, Esti managed Sounds Australia’s Export Stimulus Program, which saw $1.2 million distributed, across three rounds, to over 320 Australian artists, crew and music professionals. That financial support was used to realize “significant career-defining moments” in global markets and earn much needed income after 18 months of cancelled work due to the impacts of the pandemic.
Prior to working at Sounds Australia, she was the executive assistant to concert promoter Michael Chugg and managed the offices of Chugg Entertainment and, before that, worked in book publishing in New York and was the executive producer arts and culture at FBi Radio, the Sydney community radio station.

Live Music Office, AAM, Music Victoria

Fiona Duncan brings over 30 years of experience across multiple facets of the Australian music industry, in particular live music and artist management. She currently works as a senior artist manager and as the National Program Coordinator for the Live Music Office, while also holding several leadership roles. Fiona serves as the Secretary of the AAM Board  (Association of Artist Managers) and as Deputy-Chair of the Music Victoria Board, where she plays an active role in supporting and advocating for the growth of the Victorian music industry.
In her position at the Live Music Office, Fiona works nationally with local governments to develop strategies, policies, and initiatives designed to strengthen Australia’s live music sector. Her career spans various sectors, which has included senior roles in local government, where she managed the Major Events Attraction portfolio and led Music and Arts Development, which included delivering large-scale, cross-artform events. She has also been a member of the Victorian Tourism Industry Council's Major Events Roundtable, the Victorian Live Music Roundtable and the Victorian Festivals Subcommittee.

Glenn Hopper aka LEN20 is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, artist and producer hailing from the Blue Mountains and currently residing in Sydney, Australia. He specializes in unique songs and soundbeds with an indie/folk influence and has a prodigious talent for writing classic melodies and arrangements. 
Glenn’s recent cuts include work with Mariah The Scientist, RUEL, YG & Nas, Kid Cudi, Cordae & Young Thug, Mary J Blige and Jessica Mauboy, plus string arrangement work on Lil Nas X’s breakout Album Of The Year Grammy-nominated debut Montero.  Glenn also moonlghts under his own lauded artist project, releasing a critically acclaimed EP in 2023 including the singles Easy Way Out and Just for Now

Music Industry Policy Specialist

James Kenyon is a singer-songwriter, composer and music policy specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. Kenyon has worked at the highest levels of government as a senior ministerial policy advisor at both federal and state levels. As Senior Advisor for the Creative Industries, he assisted in steering the Victorian Government's lauded response to the impact of the Covid pandemic on Victoria's music sector. Policy initiatives included a world first $200m event insurance scheme and more than $80m in targeted support across the sector. Post pandemic, Kenyon was instrumental in delivering a significant body of policies and initiatives including Songwriting in Schools, a digital games rebate including music for games, delivering the Eighty-Six festival and further ongoing and targeted funding for First Nations music programs, festivals, venues, peak bodies, artists and mental health programs. 

Initially studying and working as a visual artist, Kenyon has toured throughout Australia, New Zealand and Europe as a working musician and songwriter, continues to write and release award winning music and compose soundtracks for feature films and documentaries. With a particular focus on the power of the 'song', Kenyon is passionate about the Australian music industry and its potential to grow through cross-cultural collaboration and exchange.

John Rostron is the Chief Executive of the Association of Independent Festivals, the UK's festival representative body. AIF membership has grown rapidly in recent years and now supports 145 of the leading independent music festivals in the UK. AIF membership includes ticketed festivals ranging in size from 500 people to 80,000 and includes free to access events such as Notting Hill Carnival. In his role John sits on several boards and groups, including the Advisory Board for Vision:2025 which works to support a more sustainable outdoor events sector. In 2023 John was appointed to the Board of Creative Wales - the Welsh Govt department for the Creative Industries. He advises on the Music Sector in Wales.

Kate is driven by the power of culture to increase empathy and understanding between people and nations. During her 20+ years in the arts, Kate has operated at the nexus between the cultural sector and Australia’s international engagement agenda. 

Alongside her substantial career as a curator and producer, Kate spent two years as a cultural specialist with the Australian High Commission New Delhi and has collaborated with DFAT on cultural diplomacy initiatives in China, PNG, India, Indonesia and Vietnam. Kate founded her own consulting agency Turning World in 2012 and has since been engaged by every level of Australian Government, major international events including London Olympics and GC Commonwealth Games, and many of Australia's leading artists and institutions. Kate was the Founding Associate Director of Asia TOPA (2017 & 2020), a large-scale festival of contemporary Asian performance

Kate has worked with music artists throughout her career including producing showcase concerts for 2018 Commonwealth Games, 2012 London Olympics and multiple award-winning collaborations between contemporary music artists and symphony orchestras. She was the first producer of The Black Arm Band, a gathering of Australia’s leading Aboriginal music artists and created Asia Pop Fest, a large-scale festival event welcoming Melbourne’s international student population to the city. She has a Bachelor of Music from University of Adelaide with post-graduate studies in International Relations.

Kris is the Chief Executive of QMusic, Queensland's peak body for the music industry, where he heads such events as BIGSOUND, The Queensland Music Awards and Valley Fiesta.
Previously, he was Artistic Director of Brisbane Powerhouse and was the founder of events such as the New York Musical Theatre Festival, The Sydney Fringe Festival, Curiocity Brisbane, the Festival of Voices and New Musicals Australia.
At Brisbane Powerhouse, Kris created the Wonderland Festival, IRL Digital Festival Queensland Cabaret Festival and MELT Queer Culture Festival and headed a number of key events, including theBrisbane Comedy Festival, the Australian Performing Arts Market, and the World Theatre Festival. As a director and producer Kris has worked widely across Australia, the USA and UK, including producing the musical [title of show] on Broadway and the independent film Red Hook, acting as resident director for the musical Wicked, and creating shows for organizations as diverse as the Sydney Festival, MONA and Sydney Mardi Gras. He is an alumnus of the Australia Council Leadership Program, the New York Commercial Theatre Institute, The Lincoln Center Directors Lab and the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Kris was featured in the Courier Mail's 2022 Queensland Arts and Entertainment Power List, he was the recipient of the Sir Keith Murdoch Prize for Leadership and Innovation and the Gilbert Spottiswood Churchill Fellowship, and organizations he lead won Qantas Australian Tourism Awards, Australian Business and Arts Foundation (AbaF) Awards and the Jujamcyn Theatres Award for outstanding development of creative talent for the theatre. He was a recent Board Member of PAC Australia and the Stage Queensland Executive Committee and continues to serve on the Sunshine Coast Arts Advisory Board and the Queensland Conservatorium Advisory Board.

Kristi is a Javanese Australian arts producer, researcher and project curator with a deep understanding and committed engagement in contemporary arts practice in SE Asia. From 2008 to 2017 she lived and worked in Yogyakarta and for the last decade she has supported artists and arts collectives who have been transforming and augmenting tradition from a Global Majority perspective, into radical contemporary works for public presentation. She is currently the Director + CEO of Liquid Architecture. Liquid Architecture is a community-founded, artist-first organisation that exists to explore sonic relationships and practices on the radical edges of sound and listening. We support artists, musicians, performers and creative practitioners—whether they are sonic luminaries or emerging artists—to make vital works, presented in exceptional locations and circumstances. Liquid Architecture events are a meeting place for people who value sound and listening as a way to explore ideas, shift perspectives and make connections.

Matt Tanner's music journey kicked off as a Tour Manager in Japan during the early '90s, where he crisscrossed Asia, North America, and Europe. Upon his return to Australia, he founded Milefire Management in 1999, specializing in artist and tour management. In 2002, he expanded his endeavors establishing Casadeldisco Records, releasing seminal punk rock and hardcore records throughout the following decade.

In 2010, Tanner joined Native Tongue Music Publishing as Creative Director and A&R Manager. Over the years, his talent and dedication propelled him to the position of Head of Creative Services in 2017. Presently, Tanner holds the role of Vice President of A&R for Concord Music Publishing ANZ, where his focus remains on supporting, developing, and nurturing emerging musical talent.

With 20 years' experience in international cultural cooperation, and more specifically in promoting the French music industry abroad, Sabrina Durand worked for nearly 15 years in the APAC region in the field of musical exchanges (Australia, Thailand, Cambodia and the Philippines). In France, she is continuing her work promoting music and the performing arts by supporting groups, musical ensembles and dance companies in their international development. In 2022, she was posted to the French Embassy in Singapore as Regional Music Attaché, where she is responsible for promoting the French music industry in Asia while fostering exchanges between Asian and French professionals.

He is the founder of KlapYaHandz, Cambodia's first hip-hop and alternative label, and also established 802 Films Production, with notable works such as *In the Life of Music* – Cambodia's entry at the 92nd Academy Awards, and *Karmalink* – which premiered at the Venice Film Festival. Tam has over nineteen years of experience in large-scale festival management, film, and the performing arts sectors in the UK, US and Australia.

She is currently Creative Producer of the Asia Pacific Triennial of Performing Arts (Asia TOPA).

Prior to living in Melbourne, Tam was Festival Producer of the UK’s largest documentary festival and industry conference Doc/Fest; produced feature documentaries for international theatrical and television release for Academy Award nominated Los Angeles documentary film company Chain Camera Pictures; was Producer for Pace Pictures on the Australia Week Festival (Los Angeles, New York) a joint initiative of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Austrade, Qantas and Tourism Australia.

In Melbourne, Tam has been Executive Producer of the Australian Art Orchestra, Executive Producer of the late night programming for MONA FOMA, Producer of the 98th International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) World Congress.

Wenona Lok is a Promoter and Talent Buyer at Live Nation Australia and New Zealand, focusing on Asian pop content and talent. In her role, Wenona is tasked with breaking and touring Asia-Pop acts across the region and working with local teams to bring more diverse Asian talent down under. Wenona displays a wealth of knowledge of the Asian touring market and has a proven track record of managing successful relationships with Asian talent, evidenced by her work promoting a diverse range of Asian-Pop tours, including sell-out K-Pop acts TWICE and ITZY, Mandarin Pop/Rock acts Mayday and Joker Xue and K-Indie Yerin Baek, Chinese hip-hop artist MaSiWei, and Thai-Kiwi Phum Viphurit.  Wenona is also a contributing editor of Live Natiton’s Future Sound (Asia Pop) report and wrote the forward for the report.
Wenona has an impressive background in public relations, having worked in corporate communications, while also co-founding and managing Imagikai. Imagikai works with companies and talent that are interested in engaging local and international Asian audiences in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific market.

Vietnam interests:
I want to meet with Vietnamese artists and their teams, especially those interested in export to Australia. At the same time, keen to meet with venues and festivals who are interested in booking Australian artists.
